Flory Sanderson

Flory Sanderson is the visionary and guiding force behind Island Hill Farm, a cherished interactive farm experience that brings people closer to animals, nature, and creativity. Celebrated for her welcoming personality and love of teaching, she has created an inviting environment where families, school groups, and guests of all ages can discover, connect, and create unforgettable memories.

Flory is also the creator of her own line of goat milk soaps and handcrafted farm-inspired products, blending natural ingredients with care and quality. Always evolving, she is now expanding into the fibre world as well, sharing her love of wool, textiles, and traditional skills with her community.

Whether she’s leading an activity, caring for animals, or inspiring guests through storytelling and hands-on experiences, Flory’s mission is simple: bring people closer to the land, the animals, and each other.
