Botanial Fibres, Nova Scotia

Natural yarn hand dyed with natural products in Nova Scotia. Est. 2017, Botanical Fibres strives to keep high standards in quality and originality without sacrificing our underlying environmental integrity. In the past couple years we have also branched out into wooden and hand dyed cotton accessories as well as custom patterns and kits to compliment our yarn.

Owner/Operator Emma Doucette got her BFA in 2014 but has been a lover of fibre since birth. The combination of growing up with craft, then having her hobbies nurtured into passions at NSCAD University, with a dislike of the throwaway culture of the textile industry have all led to this exciting venture. We can’t wait to see you at our booth at the PEI Fibre Festival!

PEI Fibre Festival Scam Email Alert!

There are a couple of emails going out inviting vendors or instructors to participate in the PEI Fibre Festival. They are NOT from the Festival!
Please ignore any emails inviting you to be a vendor or an instructor – they are spam. The only emails that are coming directly from folks affiliated with the PEI Fibre Festival will have (at)peifibrefestival.com, not (at)gmail.com. DO NOT click on the link, DO NOT share banking info or make any payments to them. The Marketplace is just about full and unless you have applied through the official website application form, your application will NOT be reviewed. Payment will not be requested until after you have received an official notification and contract.

For participants, please note our email as well – if it doesn’t come from the address above or from (at)tidalevents.io, it is spam.

Questions? Please contact us at info(at)peifibrefestival.com.
