As a little girl, I always watched my mom knitting. I never realized how much love when into it till I started to knit.
La Violette, named after the New Brunswick flower, was created with the aim of bringing locally sourced and high quality yarn to Bouctouche, New Brunswick. I hope that the store can serve as a source of education and inspiration for yarn crafters. The store specializes in Hand dyed yarns, natural fibres and gifts from the Maritimes.
Little about me…..I am a mom of 2 wonderful grown kids and a rescued dog Stimpy. I am passionate about knitting…..but you knew that! I am also a motorcycle enthusiast…. I ride a Harley Davidson street Glide and I love travelling and stop at all the LYS on route.
