The PEI Fibre Festival Board will be responsible for the assignment of vendor booth space in the Marketplace. While requests from vendors will be considered, final booth assignments will be based on the following criteria:

      1. Vendors who are Sponsors of the 2025 PEI Fibre Festival.
      2. Returning vendors, based on the receipt date of signed contract and payment.
      3. New vendors, based on the receipt date of signed contract and payment.
      4. Balance the distribution of vendors, based on availability, to maximize the flow of customers.

Final booth assignments will be communicated to vendors by October 1, 2025.
PEI Fibre Festival is committed to offering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable space where all employees and volunteers feel valued and respected. We are seeking and encouraging all teachers/vendors/volunteers to submit a proposal regardless of their gender, race, ethnicity, national origin, age, sexual orientation or identity, education, socioeconomic status or disability. If you are part of a marginalized population and would like to share this with us, please use the text box below at your personal discretion.

PEI Fibre Festival Scam Email Alert!

There are a couple of emails going out inviting vendors or instructors to participate in the PEI Fibre Festival. They are NOT from the Festival!
Please ignore any emails inviting you to be a vendor or an instructor – they are spam. The only emails that are coming directly from folks affiliated with the PEI Fibre Festival will have (at)peifibrefestival.com, not (at)gmail.com. DO NOT click on the link, DO NOT share banking info or make any payments to them. The Marketplace is just about full and unless you have applied through the official website application form, your application will NOT be reviewed. Payment will not be requested until after you have received an official notification and contract.

For participants, please note our email as well – if it doesn’t come from the address above or from (at)tidalevents.io, it is spam.
